Zelensky is 100% a FAKE illegitimate President. With that said, HE ABSOLUTELY CAN SIGN PEACE AGREEMENTS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF UKRAINE. Putin’s refusal to enter into peace negotiations with Zelensky is completely unacceptable.
